The Preview application has a series of menus which contain commands used in working with a Preview.

File Menu

Run Job

Selecting 'Run Job' will execute the synchronization which is currently being previewed.

Cancel Job

Selecting 'Cancel' will terminate the processing of the Preview.

View Menu

Job Log

Displays the job log for the currently Previewed run of the synchronization in question.

Display with colors

If this option is checked the Preview will use color to help differentiate between source and destination paths.

Expand All

Expands the entire preview tree.

Collapse All

Collapses the entire preview tree.

Expand Selected

Expands only the nodes in the preview which are selected.

Expand Actions

Expands only the nodes in the preview which have a synchronization action assigned to them.

Override Menu

Copy

Selects the copy operation to override the currently defined action. Results in files being copied from the specified source to the destination.

Move

Selects the move operation to override the currently defined action. Results in files being moved from the specified source to the destination.

Delete

From Some Paths

Selects the delete operation to override the currently defined action for some paths.

From All Paths

Selects the delete operation to override the currently defined action for some paths.

Skip

From Some Paths

Selects the skip operation to override the currently defined action for some paths

From All Paths

Selects the skip operation to override the currently defined action for all paths in the synchronization.

Help

Preview

Launches the Preview section of the help file.

Contents

Launches the Help File contents.

Legend

Launches the Preview Legend.
